Brasstech - COVID-19 , September 28 Update

COVID-19 – September 28, 2020 UPDATE

Due to the Governor of California’s stay-at-home order all Brasstech facilities were temporarily closed on March 20th. In late April we began the reopening process with limited staff. Orders are being processed on a First In - First Out (FIFO) basis and lead times may vary depending upon the inventory status of particular products and finishes.

 

We are pleased to announce that we are reducing the lead time on non-Readyship SKU’s from 10 weeks to 6 weeks for orders received on or after September 28th.  Lead times on all other SKU’s remain at pre-COVID-19 levels as shown below. 

  • Newport Brass Non-Readyship - 6 weeks
  • Newport Brass ReadyShip - 1 week
  • Newport Brass Valves - 1 Day
  • Ginger  - 1 week

As we increase manufacturing capacity and return to normal operations, we will continue to improve lead times as appropriate. We appreciate your understanding and your business.
